A message from the Executive Director:
Thank you for your understanding as we navigate these uncharted waters. We are adapting and going to be as flexible as possible as we continue to monitor COVID-19. What does that mean? We have several scenarios planned for every event which include worse case scenario, canceling or postponing the event as scheduled and offering refunds, hopeful scenario, running the event at 25% capacity with social distance seating and other safety measures in place, best case scenario, running the event at normal capacity but with extra safety measures in place, and several options in between.
Why even try to run events during this uncertain time? Planning events takes months to up to a year to execute. We’ve had these plans in place since long before COVID-19. We want to be ready and there for you in case things are safe and adjust events on a case by case basis as we get closer if needed. No one can predict the future.
What’s the biggest reason why we are continuing to plan programming…FOR YOU! Our mission is to inspire, enrich, and educate the community through the arts. We don’t do it for a profit, we offer it as a service. If there’s even a chance we can share live entertainment together by the Fall, or Winter, or Spring…we are going to be there for you. We look forward to sharing more specifics soon.
Thank you and take care,
Lindsey Giese
