Kim Darling received her B.S. in food chemistry at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a certified chocolatier. She founded Darling Chocolatier,LLC with the passion of creating delicious, high quality, and beautiful artisanal chocolates. Her chocolates are made from the finest cacao pods grown in Hawaii and the best Wisconsin cream and butter.
The first thing you notice about each piece of chocolate is the size. They are larger and more unique than traditional chocolate truffles. There are two reasons for this, one personal and one practical. On a personal side Kim simply prefers distinctive things. The practical reason is the molds themselves which are on the one hand unique and on the other hand they are made in the USA.
