Eric Schultz is a 1992 graduate of Sauk Prairie High School. He performed two years with Executive Session (West Side Story, Fiddler on the Roof) and portrayed Jud Fry in the 1991 production of ‘Oklahoma’.
While at UW-La Crosse, Eric studied to become a choral music teacher and performed with a variety of vocal ensembles, including being a founding member of the men’s quartet, T.B.A. Eric left college before finishing his degree and spent the next 20 years in hotel management, spending very little time performing music during much of that time. In 2018, Eric had the opportunity to return to school and graduated the following year with a degree in vocal music performance.
In recent years, Eric has stayed busy musically, proudly performing in each of the ‘aSPire’ productions, as well as in many local venues. Eric performs as a solo acoustic act, as well as with his guitar-mate, Nick Winkler, in a duo called ‘The Only Sons’; you can also find him singing/playing guitar with the classic rock cover band, Cougar Wagon.
Eric lives in Reedsburg with wife, Erin, his three sons Carter, Cameron, & Caden, and two cats, Millie & Mable.
