Meet Sam Ness
Although rarely found in the area, Sam Ness’s Sauk Prairie roots can be heard in the music he plays in the streets and venues across the world. Sam was heavily involved in the Sauk Prairie Music Department in High school, but has since turned from singing showtunes from Beauty and the Beast, Hair, and Les Miserables, to guitar-based Neo-folk and Americana. Sam has performed across the ancient streets of Europe, to the bustling bars of Bangkok and Phnom Penh, in the mountains of New Zealand and the Highlands of Scotland.
When he’s not hitchhiking foreign countries and playing in the rain, Sam can be found back home shooting pool with his buddies, as well as hunting and fishing with his family. Although Sam performs his music locally, this will be his first return to dance since taking part in the Executive Session’s production of AIDA.
