River Arts, Inc. Refund Policies

Merchandise

River Arts, Inc. branded merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase if accompanied by a sales slip.

Sales of original artwork, including paintings, jewelry, and furniture, are final. Sales of special order merchandise are final.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificate purchases are final and are not subject to refund.

Tickets

*In the event that we cancel a performance due to safety or weather, you will be able to exchange your tickets for a different show, request a gift certificate, donate your ticket value, or request a full refund. Other refund requests will be made on a case by case basis.

*Refund requests for non-RAI shows are subject to the event organizer’s policy.
