Dear patrons of River Arts Inc,
I hope you all are doing well and staying safe. As our community begins to stir and we all emerge into our new reality, we look to the future with cautious excitement. Lindsey, myself, and our board of directors are continuing to work hard to safely offer a variety of arts experiences for you and your family.
With that being said, I am excited to announce that we will be offering in-person classes starting July 1. Because your safety is our utmost priority, all classes will be held with the following safety measures in place:
- A limit of 7 students in each class
- All students will work at their own 6ft table, maintaining social distancing
- Studio staff will clean and disinfect all surfaces at the beginning and end of each day. The studio is only used for classes, so no other people will be in the space between classes.
- Latex-free rubber gloves, disposable masks, and hand sanitizer will be available to all students free of charge
- Face masks are required for all classes in July. We will re-evaluate this policy on a month to month basis in order to best follow public health recommendations. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to this policy.
If you are signed up to attend a class but do not feel well, we ask that you please stay home for your safety and that of your fellow students and instructor. We have also updated our formal cancellation policy.
We are so excited to host a great lineup of fantastic instructors this year, and we look forward to welcoming you all back to the gallery or studio soon. Stay tuned to our e-newsletter to find out when registration for classes opens up!
Very best wishes,
Kristina Coopman
