WSJ Duo is composed of Water Street Jacks lead singer, Ted Harter, and mandolin/guitar player, Owen Murphy. Combining a carefully curated blend of Americana, alt-country, folk, and rock classics with lesser-known covers and a catalog of original music written to harmonize life’s journey, Water Street Jacks has been steadily building a devoted following in South Central Wisconsin. Their influences and covers embody the spectrum of sounds that is Americana music, from Springsteen, Dylan and Prine to contemporary acts like the Avett Brothers, Lumineers and Dawes.
